Charlie Hoban was named CEO of Cambridge Healthtech Associates (CHA) in 2008.

Prior to CHA, Charlie was a senior partner at Oliver Wyman Consulting Group, most recently as a leader in the firm’s telecom and technology industry practice.  In Charlie’s 17 years in consulting with Corporate Decisions, Inc., Mercer Management Consulting and Oliver Wyman, he has worked as a trusted advisor to senior executives across a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, enterprise computing, information services and consumer media.  His thought leadership on the issues of growth strategy, new business creation and business reinvention has been particularly valued by clients. 

Charlie is recognized for his creativity in the field of innovative business models.  He has spoken at conferences and management workshops, authored numerous articles and led client engagements on topics including: collaboration, customer anticipation, competitive strategy and evolving industry structures.
