Project Overview: Assessing the Asian Supply Chain of Non-Human Primates (NHPs)
Description: A multi-client, collaborative project to assess and profile the NHP supply chain in Asia

Objective: To enable pharma companies to make better informed, more confident, and actionable decisions regarding their NHP sourcing strategy.

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Launch: 2Q 2008

Enrollment: Ongoing (sanofi-aventis currently enrolled; expected participation of 4-6 companies)

Project investment: $75,000/company (staged)

¨$30,000 upon joining
¨$30,000 at stage III (site visits in Asia)
¨$15,000 at conclusion
