The time commitment for participants is estimated to be 6-8 hours/month.  A breakdown is as follows:

• Group Roundtable meetings (via teleconference)      =   1-2 hrs/month
• One-on-one client teleconferences                           =   1-2 hrs/month
• Sample & data collection in support of testing phase  =   4 hrs/ month
  ( (Stage III below)

In addition, a one-day summit meeting of all participants to present and review project findings will be planned.
