Formal project launches with circulation of a revised draft of survey. Client-only, peer-to-peer roundtable (conducted via web conference) scheduled to discuss specific survey issues and build consensus on final protocol. Follow-up one-on-one teleconference between each client and CHA project team as appropriate. Timing: Sep - Oct, 2007 STAGE III: Data Collection
Final survey instrument circulated to clients for distribution to appropriate personnel within their organization for data collection. Final protocol approved. CHA project team will meet one-on-one with each client via teleconference throughout process. Complimentary screening of ten compounds via Millipore’s ion channels cell lines screening system for each participating organization. Compound screen includes a review and critique of technology and process conducted by CHA via phone interview as well as the potential for a site visit to Cambridge, UK to visit the Millipore Ion Channel Group in person.) Analysis and normalization of data through one-on-one meetings and a second, client-only peer-to-peer roundtable (conducted via web conference). Report A and Report B authored. Timing: Jan - Mar, 2008 STAGE V: Findings Report, Presentation & Third Peer-to-Peer Roundtable CHA presents a summary of findings and facilitates a peer-to-peer discussion of resulting implications and opportunities as a result of Report A (Technology Evaluation) and Report B (Compound Screening).
