• CHA receives from the client 50 sample reports representing a diverse cross-section of report types.
• CHA assesses report content and proposes Database Structure (fields + values to be captured)
• Client reviews, modifies, confirms database structure and content to be included in the data capture process.
• CHA processes 50 reports using customized Data Entry Tool and loads to pilot database.
• Client reviews the populated pilot database and provides feedback and revisions.
• Final Database Structure established.

Phase II: Full Implementation

• Client ships bulk reports or .PDF files to CHA India processing center.
• Reports are pre-processed to locate required data, double-key entered into customized Data Entry Tool, and then QA validated for accuracy.
• Validated records (ToXML files) loaded to client-approved database and provided to client for loading to their server(s).
