Scientific Director
Dr. Ernie Bush, formerly with F. Hoffman-La Roche, is CHA's leader and expert in the area preclinical drug safety. Ernie serves as liaison and facilitator on CHA's multi-client, collaborative projects. Ernie has spent over 23 years working in the field of biomedical R&D most of which working in preclinical safety departments for major pharmaceutical companies. >>

Dawn Van Dam
General Manager
Dawn Van Dam is the head of CHA and is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations.Dawn's prior experience includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer for the University of Guelph, Laboratory Services in Ontario, Canada. Prior to that, Van Dam held various senior-level positions in the health care industry including 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry, and she graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. >>
